Social Fabric Institute Inc.’s experienced facilitators are active listeners who will meet your group where you are. We are skilled in asking the right questions, while creating braver spaces for difficult conversations that recognize and respond constructively to conflict. 

Though all facilitation sessions are tailored to each group we work with, facilitators may use the following tools to encourage fruitful discussion:

Our facilitation services range from full-service support (from event design through implementation) or facilitating a meeting or event that an organization has designed themselves. Our support could include the following:

• Creation of goals and objectives

• Development / co-creation of an agenda

• Assessment of team needs, strengths, and challenges

• Facilitation of the meeting / event

• Consolidation of feedback, ideas, and related outcomes

We can also integrate graphical recording (through the addition of a graphic facilitator), which helps focus event participants on what is being said and acts as a record and visual synthesis of the dialogue.
