Step 2 - Investigate
Next, we will thoroughly investigate the needs of your organization to understand where you currently are in your equity and inclusion efforts. we may utilize a cultural analysis, leadership coaching, program evaluation, research, or an analysis of whether your goals are aligned with your “why” for this work. Once this investigation is complete, our expert team will share with you a thorough report. Using the conclusions we have reached, we will explore suggestions for the way forward.
Step 3 - Invigorate
Finally, Social Fabric Institute will help you to invigorate your team’s efforts by guiding you through the implementation of our investigation’s results.
Step 4 - Evaluate
